Our team partnered with Stockholm Brewing Co. to develop a unique marketing approach for their flagship product, ItaloPils. Embracing a retro Italian aesthetic, we crafted a vibrant brand experience across content, website design, campaigns, and events. The goal was to infuse ItaloPils with a nostalgic yet modern feel, channeling Italy’s bold spirit and carefree style to engage and excite beer lovers.

Together with my talented colleagues, Alex Lundgren and Måns Engblom, we partnered with Stockholm Brewing Co. to launch ItaloPils nationwide at Systembolaget. To amplify the impact, we collaborated with like-minded brands and venues, creating a network of events and partnerships that shone a spotlight on the beer. Our goal was to make ItaloPils not just a drink, but a cultural moment that captured attention and excitement across the country.


For the ItaloPils website, we wanted a bold, unforgettable visual impact that matched the beer’s vibrant character. The site opens with a striking red punch color scheme, intensified by harsh, dramatic lighting that commands attention. This color palette, combined with dynamic visuals, evokes the retro Italo aesthetic and creates a sense of energy and excitement. We positioned ItaloPils as more than just a drink; it’s an experience, a slice of Italian sunshine in every sip. Through this powerful design language, we aimed to build anticipation and make the launch feel like an event beer lovers wouldn’t want to miss.

As part of our content strategy for ItaloPils, we produced a high-quality video that places the beer in iconic locations around Stockholm, celebrating its local roots and sense of place. By featuring the can in familiar city spots, we connected the product to its Swedish heritage while layering in a distinctly Italian vibe with classic Italian music as the soundtrack. This approach allowed us to create a cultural bridge between Stockholm and Italy, emphasizing the beer’s unique identity and inviting viewers to experience ItaloPils as both a local product and a taste of Italian style.

To elevate the ItaloPils launch, we planned an exclusive event that embodied the brand’s Italian flair and Stockholm roots. From selecting the venue to curating the atmosphere, every detail was designed to immerse attendees in the ItaloPils experience.


To ensure consistency across all touchpoints, we also created a cohesive brand book, outlining the visual identity, tone, and design guidelines for ItaloPils. This brand book served as a blueprint for all marketing and design efforts, ensuring that our vision remained unified across campaigns, collaborations, and promotions. The result was a seamless brand experience that left a lasting impression on the audience.
